When the HSE sought to build a new maintenance and waste storage building at their Clontarf campus, Adston was the successful tenderer and awarded the contract.
The works included demolishing and removing the existing portacabins, bases and services and constructing a new maintenance workshop and storage building. The wider scope of the project included landscaping and site works. Challenges were plentiful; this was a fully functioning hospital campus with restrictive conditions. Nonetheless, Adston successfully completed the project on time and within budget.
