Lidl Cabra, constructed by Adston, comprises a large retail unit over a surface level undercroft carpark and a new café which fronts onto the Old Cabra Road in Dublin 7.
The development also included a new trade centre and showroom for PH Ross, a plumbing, heating and bathrooms business. The Lidl Cabra project included the complete demolition of the existing PH Ross store and warehouses in preparation for a brand new retail facility for the business.
The new Lidl development, on a tight site, included the aforementioned stores, new warehouses, 89 car parking spaces, delivery and loading areas, travellators and landscaping. Adston also provided new service connections and public footpaths.
