Lidl Epsom was constructed by Adston under a ‘Design and build bespoke form of contract’, It comprises a large retail unit over a surface-level underground car park. The development also includes a two-storey residential development over the retail level. This consists of a mix of 28 two and three-bedroom apartments developed around a large central courtyard.
The Lidl Epsom project included the clearance of the existing town centre site in preparation for the new mixed-use development. The building consists of 109 car parking spaces, travellators, goods and passenger lifts, delivery and loading areas, site works, landscaping, highway works and new services connections.
