Dublin City Council invited expressions of interest for the provision of 24 no. 2-storey rapid delivery housing units (i.e. 12 no. two-bed, four-person units and 12 no. three-bed, five-person units) on the site at Cherry Orchard, Ballyfermot, Dublin.
Design, manufacture, supply, delivery of 24 units to site.
Site works including, but not restricted to: site preparation, foundations and ground floor slabs, site services and connections to utility services, boundary treatments, hard and soft landscaping.
Adston was successfully awarded the contract.
As can be seen, only the best of materials have been used throughout the development. From the internal joinery, sanitary ware, kitchen and wardrobes, to the external brick, windows, doors plus much more.
