Adston started out in 1986 in County Cavan as an expert joinery company, soon moving into the construction sector, recruiting skilled construction teams. Expansion meant we could deliver full building projects for a growing client base. We’ve never looked back. Over the years we’ve grown into a leading construction and development company with offices throughout Ireland, North and South and in London. We are now also specialised modular building manufacturers. We work in all building sectors, from state education and medical projects to large scale residential developments and retail spaces.
We build relationships as well as buildings. We know the construction business, from the viewpoint of contractors, designers and manufacturers and our teams work closely with every client. We’re professional and approachable and we pride ourselves on working hard and delivering the best project possible for our clients.

Sean joined the company in 2013 in the role of Executive Chairman. During his time with Adston, Sean has worked in a guiding role with the CEO and senior management and has contributed to the company’s growth, seeing it become a leading construction company in Ireland and the UK. Sean has extensive experience at senior management level across a wide range of sectors including Logistics, Construction and M & A activity.
Francis joined Adston in 1991 and has worked at various levels throughout the company.
He has over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry. Today he is CEO, which sees him involved in the day to day running of the company and working with the Business Development Team, developing new business and pipelines.
Gary is Managing & Contracts Director with overall responsibility for all projects throughout the ROI & UK. He was employed with Adston as Site Manager and then promoted to Contracts Manager, where he successfully project managed and completed on time and within budget, a significant number of projects. Gary was promoted to the position of Managing & Contracts Director in 2010.
Aisling joined the Company as Company Accountant in 2015 and now holds the position of Finance Director. Aisling brings a wealth of experience to the role with previous experience in Retail, Pharmaceutical and Asset Management.
Martin joined Adston after 11 years with one of Ireland’s largest building contractors, where he worked as Project Surveyor and then Chief Estimator. He has worked on a large range of projects across all sectors of the construction industry, both in Ireland and the UK. Martin’s experience extends across all forms of procurement from traditional, Design & Build and PPP projects.
Deborah joined Adston as SHEQ Manager (Safety Health Environment & Quality) and is responsible for providing site safety leadership, ensuring regulatory and legal compliance, improving safety performance and implementing facility safety policies and procedures. Deborah is a graduate member of the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH).
