Here at Adston, our services cover all aspects of Construction in Ireland and the UK including project management, fit out and off-site modular builds. Over the past number of years, we have been lucky to work with some of the biggest retail businesses in the country including Aldi, Lidl and Tesco.
Over the past year, Adston have delivered projects for Tesco Charlemont, Tesco South Lotts and Tesco Smithfield all situated in Dublin.
Tesco have been making a large investment in Ireland over the last few years and that is set to continue into 2024. Speaking to Dublin Live last August, Natasha Adams said “For 25 years, Tesco has been committed to delivering real value to customers, and our ambitious development strategy sets us up for the next chapter of investment in our business in Ireland. We are continuously expanding and maintaining our estates and we are adding new employment with every store opening.” Adston are delighted to be on this journey of growth with Tesco Ireland.
Tesco South Lotts Superstore opened in August of 2022. At the time, it marked the 154th store in the Tesco Ireland portfolio. Adston were appointed to deliver the fit out of the new Tesco South Lott store.
A 6-week programme was accomplished from core and shell, to opening of the store . Thank you to all the Adston team members and sub-contractors involved for helping to make this happen. We were delighted to be a part of this project.
The Adston Team were appointed the Fitout Contractor for the recently opened Tesco Express in the heart of Smithfield, Co Dublin. The project was on a restricted site on the Luas line with an 8 week turnaround from shell and core to store opening. This project was a great success and the store was delivered on time.
Adston were delighted to be the main contractor on this build that included a 4,600 square foot store. This historic part of Dublin 2 has been transformed into a modern neighbourhood which will feature a retail space, public square, homes and offices. At more than 4,600 square foot and conveniently located close to the Charlemont Luas stop, the new store promises customers a modern retail experience and a wide selection of quality fresh and Irish produce.
